By enquiring about or booking a session, or by accessing our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book a session or use our website.

3. Nature of Services

All sessions and materials provided by Quietfield are for general information and educational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing should be relied upon as such.

Quietfield is not a regulated financial service provider. We do not hold any licence to provide financial advice in Thailand or elsewhere, and we do not assess individual circumstances. If you require individual advice, you should consult a qualified licensed professional.

Sessions are available to residents and visitors in Thailand. We make no representation that our content is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Quietfield following payment or agreement of payment terms. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Group sessions are subject to a minimum attendance threshold. If a session does not meet the minimum, we reserve the right to reschedule or offer an alternative date. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Quietfield reserves the right to remove a participant from a session or cancel a membership if conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Quietfield — including illustrated glossaries, folder templates, checklists, session recordings, and written content — are the intellectual property of Quietfield.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt them without our prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due prior to attending a session or activating a membership, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices published on our website are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of your booking applies to your purchase.

Annual memberships are non-auto-renewing. You will be notified before expiry and renewal requires a new payment.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by you: Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Membership cancellations: Memberships cancelled within 14 days of purchase and before attending any session will receive a full refund. After attending a session, memberships are non-refundable.

Cancellation by us: If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. We make no representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of general information shared in sessions as it applies to any individual's personal circumstances.

We do not warrant that attendance at a session will produce any particular outcome in your understanding of pension documents or your personal financial position.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Quietfield's total liability to you in connection with any session or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that session or service.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our sessions or materials, including any decisions you make based on information provided in a general educational context.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concern informally. Most issues can be addressed quickly through direct communication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify existing membership holders of material changes by email.
